Casual Furniture World’s delivery fees are nonrefundable. Currently, our pick up services to local orders only, within 25 miles of our store location, and excludes special orders.
Our white-glove service removes the stress of delivery and assembly – so you can start enjoying your furniture collection the moment we depart.
Outside of our white glove services, we also offer curbside delivery, which delivers your shipment to your driveway, and requires individual delivery and set up.
If our delivery crew notices any damage or scratches on your items, please note this on your delivery ticket and we will be in touch with follow up services and customer care.
All of our larger shipments and furniture deliveries require freight carriers for transportation. Expect a call from the freight carrier a few days before your products arrives to set a delivery appointment. As the homeowner, it’s important that you or another trusted adult be present for delivery.
When it comes to shipping, all of our furniture is very durable and carefully packaged to keep everything secure. Upon delivery, inspect all packaging very carefully, and note any damages you find on the bill of lading that you will be required to sign. Please be proactive and open any damaged items, and note down any damages. Once we have your notes on file, we will get a replacement product ordered and delivered ASAP.
