    • How do I place an order?

    • How long do Special Order's take?

      Casual Furniture World carries over 100 of the top name brands in the outdoor furniture and casual living industry, many of which have hundreds of color and fabric options.  The lead times will vary from each vendor and vary throughout the year based on seasonality.  Our showrooms feature actual fabric samples and color swatches from each vendor.

      Typically special orders take between 6 and 8 weeks.  However, due to supply chain issues related to COVID19 many of our vendors have lead times in the 12 -38 week range.

      Casual Furniture World is pleased to offer a large selection of in-stock furniture via our private label "Lighthouse Casual" brand. Many times the lead times on this furniture may be just a few days from the date of purchase and custom fabrics and cushions can be made for you in just a few weeks.
    • Do you offer financing?

      Yes!  We currently offer financing through Wells Fargo.  We typically have 18 months, 0 interest with equal payments available for qualifying purchases.

    • How far do you deliver?

      Our teams offer white glove delivery within about 1 hour of the store/showroom physical location for $149.00.  Our white-glove delivery service includes all assembly, staging of furniture at your home, and all trash removal.  All white-glove deliveries are made by our uniformed delivery teams, on Company-owned trucks. 

      If you are outside of our local delivery area we are more than glad to work with you to meet your needs. We have shipped and delivered furniture all over the United States from Florida to Texas to Montana. We have and can even assist with international and Caribbean shipments.
    • Do you have a Trade / Designer program?

      Yes, we love collaborating with designers, deck builders, landscapers, hardscapes, and architects.  Our Trade / Designer program offers a 5% rebate on qualifying purchases.

    • Do you offer design services?

      Absolutely!  While most of our sales team is trained in design and space planning, each one of our showrooms has at least one designer on staff who can help bring the outdoor living space of your dreams to life!  We are more than glad to work from blueprints for new construction or existing spaces using photographs and measurements.  

      How it works:

      1. Schedule a showroom appointment with a designer
      2. Our designer will visit your home to take detailed measurements and additional photos for inspiration
      3. We will meet in-store where you will receive a presentation that includes a 2D layout (3D upon request), fabric and color samples and swatches, and a detailed quote.  You can work with your designer to finalize all your selections and choices
      4. Final revisions are made and you will receive a final quote with our low price guarantee!
