Why the “exact merchandise, terms and conditions”? Well… put quite simply there are a lot of people out there who will low ball you a price upfront, or a knock-off product to then slap a hefty shipping/handling charge as you checkout. We try to keep things simple and upfront.

Casual Furniture World is pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $400.00 that are shipping to states east of the Mississippi river.

Please note that shipping usually consists of a 3rd party freight company delivering the product to your home or driveway. It does not include the assembly and placement of your furniture or the removal of trash. We are pleased to offer this a full service delivery option and it may be required by some of our manufacturers.

3 Year Accidental Fabric Protection Plan
With any fabric purchase (including slings, cushions or pillows) from Casual Furniture World you recieve one-time protection from accidental damages for a period of 3 year. This includes, but is not limited to accidental punctures, cigarette burns or stains.

Items that are not included are acts of nature and damage from animals including domestic and wild animals, nails, claws and teeth**
