Returns and Special Order Terms and Conditions

Stock items may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of purchase with a valid receipt.  Items must be in New, Unused condition and in original packaging, if applicable.
Delivery fees, Shipping, and/or Freight charges are non-refundable.
Special Orders may not be cancelled once in production.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for Special Order arrival.
Stoves and Fireplaces may not be returned after use.  If a unit is not performing to Manufacturer's specifications we will file and handle a Warranty/Service claim for you.
